The Christmas city of Stuttgart invites you to one of Germany’s most beautiful Christmas markets.
Just in time for Advent, the city centre of Stuttgart is transformed into one of the most beautiful and oldest Christmas markets in Europe. Embedded in the picturesque backdrop of the New and Old Palace, the King’s Building and the Collegiate Church, the Christmas Market attracts around 3.5 million visitors every year from Germany and abroad to the state capital of Baden-Württemberg.
The pop musical & JULIA is coming to Stuttgart
What if Juliet’s story simply carried on after Romeo’s death?
This is precisely where & JULIA comes in, retelling Shakespeare’s famous love story as a self-determined new beginning, full of humour, energy and second chances. Following its success in Hamburg, the pop musical is coming to the Stage Palladium Theatre in Stuttgart, combining musical theatre with a live concert atmosphere.
The soundtrack features global hits from the 90s and 2000s, including songs by Bon Jovi, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and the Backstreet Boys. Look forward to a lively new take on the story, full of pop, love and good cheer.
Mercedes-Benz & Porsche Museum Vouchers
On cold days, there’s nothing better than a visit to a museum.
How about taking a journey through time and exploring the fascinating history of the motor car at the Mercedes-Benz or the Porsche Museum? Admission vouchers for both museums are currently available at a reduced price from the i-Punkt at the Haus des Tourismus and are valid until the end of 2027. This means you can plan your visit flexibly and at short notice. If you purchase at least 10 tickets, they can be posted to you; smaller quantities can be collected directly from the i-Punkt.

A Little Bit of Everything
© Thomas Nieder On the “A Little Bit of Everything” walking tour, you’ll discover Stuttgart’s Bohnenviertel from both a historical and culinary perspective. Over the course of about two hours, you’ll hear historical stories about the neighborhood and sample a small selection of authentic Swabian delicacies, including an appetizer. Back in the 16th century, the Bohnenviertel was home to Stuttgart’s poorer residents, whose diet consisted mainly of beans—which is what gave the neighborhood its name. Today, the area is a popular trendy neighborhood with bars, cafés, small fashion boutiques, and antique shops. Look forward to a walking tour that combines city history with Swabian culinary delights.
House of Banksy – An Unauthorized Exhibition
Banksy’s art is back in Stuttgart!
“House of Banksy – An Unauthorized Exhibition” at the Kronprinzbau. Spanning approximately 1,500 square meters, the exhibition features more than 150 works by the street artist, including his latest pieces as well as graffiti, photographs, sculptures, video installations, and prints. Designed specifically for Stuttgart, this exhibition offers a comprehensive look at Banksy’s body of work and showcases pieces that are rarely or no longer visible in their original form today. You’ll also encounter the social and political themes that Banksy addresses in his work and through which he aims to inspire reflection.

Street Art in Stuttgart
On this tour, Stuttgart reveals its creative side beyond the classic sights. Starting at the Haus des Tourismus, the two-hour walking tour takes you through colorful alleys, urban hotspots, and hidden graffiti artworks in public spaces.
Along the way, you’ll discover impressive murals, stickers, and stencils and learn just how diverse street art can be—sometimes political, sometimes poetic, and sometimes provocative. You’ll also get to know local and international street artists and gain fascinating insights into styles, techniques, and the creative process behind the works. Gen Z Rede(t)
Young voices, fresh perspectives, and authentic opinions from Stuttgart take center stage at the exhibition “Gen Z Rede(t).” You can visit this free exhibition at Salon Sophie in the StadtPalais — developed jointly by the StadtPalais – Museum für Stuttgart and Kultur Rabauken — through July 12, 2026. You’ll discover Gen Z’s favorite and least favorite spots in Stuttgart, as well as topics like the draft, drugs, mental health, and other challenges facing the younger generation. What’s particularly exciting: The exhibition was created by young people for young people and invites you to share your own opinions at numerous interactive stations. Additionally, street interviews offer insights into Gen Z’s perspectives and reveal what matters most to young people in Stuttgart.
