PEDIATRICS

For children and adolescents, the focus is primarily on everyday skills. We treat children from infancy to adolescence whose independence and ability to act are threatened or restricted by delayed development and / or an inherited or acquired disability.

NEUROLOGY

Neurological diseases very often cause major restrictions in everyday life. Mainly diseases of the central nervous system, for example the condition after a stroke, traumatic brain injuries, paraplegia, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s syndrome are treated here.

ORTHOPEDICS, TRAUMATOLOGY AND RHEUMATOLOGY

For clients with orthopedic or rheumatological problems or illnesses, the priority is to (re) establish the greatest possible mobility.

GERIATRICS

The mental and physical independence of many older people is severely restricted by a wide variety of diseases. Elderly people with acute and chronic illnesses from the fields of neurology, internal medicine, orthopedics, surgery and psychiatry who live in retirement and nursing homes due to the above-mentioned disorders and multiple illnesses (multimorbidity) receive occupational therapy.

PSYCHIATRY

Mental illness can occur at any age. Occupational therapy in psychiatry offers people of all ages the opportunity to (re) discover their own potential and to regain skills that have been lost due to the illness.
